I always choose this place for my stay in Leeds. The first time the staff was helpful with info about the town. It suits me perfectly with free parking, microwave, flat-screen TV, and fitness centre. Coming back for Christmas!

Coffee/tea making machines, fridges, and an oven etc were much appreciated. It was marvellous in the middle of the city. The host met us and explained everything.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location by the river was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Additionally, the Canary bar was super close and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that there was a fitness centre available. my stay at this modern and well-cleaned apartment was really enjoyable.

Had a great Christmas stay! Loved the location, right by the river with plenty of amenities nearby. The bed in the apartment was super comfy and it had a great view from the balcony. The apartment had tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch, and even provided toiletries. It was also a pleasant surprise that the apartment was well cleaned and compact, perfect for a cozy getaway.

There were a couple of minor issues. There was no plug in the sink to wash dishes, which was a bit inconvenient.
